Alex was so gentle, explained everything, respected my mother's dignity and kept her covered up. He bent down to her eye level and close enough for her to hear and asked her permission before doing anything. My mother is 4'11", with Alzheimer's Dementia. He explained everything that would happen when he left her side. This was my Mom's first time in the hospital since she had orthopedic surgery 50 years ago. He went above and beyond for her.
