Nomination # 1- Alex was very effective as our advocate during our stay here. He helped to communicate with physicians who were not meeting our needs. My husband’s MRI was repeatedly moved due to a lack of correct orders. He recognized our distress and tried to help the docs. He is an asset to your organization.

Nomination #2 -My mom was admitted several days ago to have fluid drained from her abdomen. The procedure had been delayed because she needed to be off blood thinners for 2-days before the procedure.
All of the nurses on her floor were wonderful. We were very nervous that my mom would need to stay an extra day because of the backup in the radiology department. We had been here 5 days already. Alex sensed my frustration and went above and beyond to keep me informed. Eventually, my mom did get the fluid drained. Alex was there when she came back to the room. He took great care of her.
