Alex exemplifies compassionate care every day while caring for patients here at Bergan. Recently, we had several Russian-speaking patients admitted who had refused to use our Marti interpreters. Once he learned this, Alex went to the unit they're on to assist in completing the admission assessment, as well as returning every 2-3 hours during his shift to check on them. He also came in from home on his days off just to check in on these patients and ask staff if they need him to interpret anything. Alex ensures patients get extraordinary care while they're here.
