Alex has so much experience and knowledge. Was so efficient in his job, and made it look really easy.
Let me preface some information on these nominations by saying my father C (92) was admitted after a really bad fall and tested positive for Covid-19 the next day. I think we were discharged eleven days later, and I spent every day and night in his room. So, the good news is I got to witness the Compassion, work ethic, and stress the Nursing (and Tech) staff is under every minute they are on duty. He is a retired professor from the UGA School of Business and Lt Colonel in the Army (so he really appreciated the hard work and attention to detail these folks displayed).

Alex Terry was in a league of his own. Alex has so much experience and knowledge. Was so efficient in his job, and made it look really easy. Alex really kept us abreast of what was going on (when it was unclear what was communicated from some resident doctors in the early hours, with masks on, etc.). He could anticipate what we needed and made a real bond with my dad. From my viewpoint, it seemed like Alex was also a good resource and Leader for the others on the floor, and am so glad he was part of our Team.

I think the Piedmont Regional supervisory staff and leadership would be glad to know what a positive impact all of these nurses had on our stay and recovery. They all made a really hard two weeks for our family very manageable, and I wish I could thank them all in person (again). We so appreciated them all.
