Alexa Adams, RN

Lexi was nominated because of the enormous impact she has on her team, particularly on newer staff who aspire to become registered nurses.  The nomination described the compassionate and calm way Lexi provides care to some challenging patients and the support and mentoring she gives to new staff.  After describing Lexi as smart, resourceful, creative, flexible, and quick thinking, the nomination shared that she showed one particular nurse that nursing truly is a work of heart.
