Alexa truly stood out as a caregiver and made a difference in the well-being of my 14-year-old daughter, A, who was being treated for anorexia. Alexa took the time to get to know A and most importantly to listen to her talk about her problems. It was clear that A trusted her and valued her. Through this trust, Alexa was able to get A to eat. When Alexa was around, A was more at ease and able to stop exercising. Alexa recommended books and TV shows. Her level of concern for A as a person made her stand out. She is a standout in the nursing profession.
