Alexa Moss, RN

Alexa was our son’s nurse during our stay at ETCH for several days. She went above and beyond to not only care for our son, but also our whole family. She provided holistic care to ensure all our needs were met including sacrificing time to talk with us when we were emotional, finding us when the habit dogs were on the floor, and talking about our son’s favorite things with him when he was feeling scared.

She noticed every detail that he, and we shared with her and made us feel loved and cared for during the most traumatic week of our lives. We wish we could take her home with us! We will forever be grateful for the profound impact she has made on our lives and hearts during this time and hope she is recognized for her sacrificial and exceptional service to the families in her care.
