Lexi was nominated for The DAISY Award by her patient's mother, whose praise is unending. Her patient has Treacher Collins Syndrome and requires around the clock nursing care from exceptional nurses trained in infant trachs and other complexities. Mom wrote:
"I've never seen a nurse, a person, so exemplify love and compassion and maintain professionalism. She goes above and beyond to do her job beyond description. She is always professional, but she is kind. She is an advocate for my daughter."
