I messed my face up pretty good mountain biking and had to take a trip to the emergency department. Alex was so kind, professional, informative and easy to talk to. I felt like crap (even though I was trying to hide it), but Alex was able to distract me from the fact that I looked like Frankenstein's monster, joke around with me, and ultimately make me feel a ton better.

Nurses like Alex make an awful, scary experience for people better. The emergency department is lucky to have him. Thanks for helping me Alex! Also, he mentioned he was a new graduate, but I would never have known unless he said so. He's knocking it out.
