I have had Alex as my nurse for 5 days and overall he has been the best nurse thus far. He listens when there needs to be an ear. Alex is very professional and makes sure that I have been comfortable up until the time he leaves this facility. I  hope that Alex is recognized for his dedication, loyalty, compassion, sympathy, and empathy. 
I have observed  Alex during my last two admissions, being so diligent. He communicates excellently! He truly is one of the best RN’s I have ever had.  He went to the front entrance to gather products my family dropped off. I also wanted to say that Alex pays attention to me when I tell him how I’m feeling. I feel Alex shows empathy and sympathy naturally with the utmost care. I would nominate Alex one million times if I was able. Cleveland Clinic is lucky to have him.
Every single one of my needs as a patient is completely fulfilled by Alex. Alex goes above and beyond to take care of me. Everything from contacting doctors about my problem promptly and even getting socks for me while in a hurry. He constantly exceeds any expectations one may have towards a nurse. I cannot express enough how professional and overly willing he is to help patients. He even went to the front desk downstairs to give my daughter the letter she needed. Just wanted to give Alex this praise.
