Alex is the type of nurse who is a patient advocate. Her style of nursing and her attitude showed complete competence and compassion for her patients. Alex "went to bat" several times on my mother's behalf with the doctor. Alex was extremely caring and understanding of my mother's "quirks" and made her feel at ease in her care. Alex is a true asset to this hospital. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing my mother to keep her dignity and receive excellent care.
