Alex was an awesome nurse. She made me feel comfy in a place I was far from comfortable. My 1st dressing after surgery for the donor spot was very bad. Alex had me for the 2nd day; she made sure I was comfortable, and my anxiety was down. She talked to me & explained every step she was doing. It made it so much easier to get through the cleaning than the 1st time. I had her a 3rd day & it was the same. She is a very kind & helpful person. She has a big heart for the patients. No matter how busy she would get, she would always come in and make sure I didn’t need anything. She would listen if I had any concerns. She should be recognized for her care of patients & her work ethic.
