Alexandra Hartmann, RN

Alex is a compassionate and patient nurse who jumps in to help at any given time. These qualities were brought to light when I was the CNA for an aggressive patient who refuses almost all care. When Alex heard screams or noticed I was struggling she ran to the rescue. This patient has a special connection with Alex and a growing love. It is rare for this particular patient to trust the staff because he does not fully understand what is going on. But, he puts his whole trust in her, as do many other patients on the floor. She can calm down her patients and make them feel safe. This patient always smiles when she is around. Alex cares deeply for her patients and coworkers.
