Alex was one of my mom's night-time nurses and cared for mom during her long stay. Mom is 80 years old and requires full assistance due to her illnesses. Alex from day one was very patient and compassionate. Alex made it a point to explain everything to Mom before she gave meds, helped her ambulate, or got an IV placed. She always told Momm “Don’t apologize, this is your space and I am here to serve you!” She always did it with a smile, humor, and patience. She is an excellent nurse and an asset to your “Team of Healers”.

Alex also took time to listen to Mom’s fears and concerns. She never made Mom feel rushed or a bother. She would come back at the end of her shift to say goodbye and to tell her to have a blessed day. She gave mom a heated blanket, reviewed her records, and assessed her daily when mom got a small abrasion on her back. She is extremely thorough and experienced.
