When I thanked Alex for everything she had done in caring for my wife, she said, “I’m just doing my job”. She did more than do the mechanics of her job. She was always pleasant, never rushed, and always discussed questions in a language I could understand. She cared for my wife as if she was her mother. She was always pleasant when I called for updates. She’s a great nurse and more importantly a great person.
