Alexandra was absolutely amazing during my entire labor and delivery process. She was personable and professional. Alexandra explained everything to me in a way that I understood. She ensured that I was well-informed about everything that was going on. She found many ways to comfort me during a traumatic birth experience, including thorough explanations of the process and calming words. She took care of me like I was her family. Alexandra knew how important breastfeeding was to me. So after the birth, and when I was unable to do so myself, she supported me in expressing so much colostrum for the baby that even an extremely seasoned nurse, whom I later shared this information with, was impressed. She kept me calm and well taken care of throughout the recovery process. Then, when everything had settled days later, she made sure to stop by and check in with us, even when she wasn’t our nurse. She left a special mark on my heart that I will never forget. Thank you, Alexandra, for giving me some positive and comforting feelings about an otherwise horrible experience
