Due to my nerves, every single time I'm in the hospital I am constantly and completely itchy. The doctors did write an order, but it wasn't strong enough. Alex ended up calling about 4 times before finally getting a hold of someone and was able to get them to write out the orders correctly for me. That made my night A LOT better not being so uncomfortable and itchy.

Alexandra has an amazing bedside manner. She makes you feel like you're not her patient, but her friend. She shows genuine care and interest in each patient as a person! That means so much to us patients. I don't want to be pitied and I don't want to be treated like I'm just another patient/file. I truly appreciated Alex's great attitude and bedside manner.
