Lexi always comes to work with a positive attitude. She is always smiling and is always pleasant to be around. She never complains about her assignment, and she will willingly float to be a CNA while helping with nursing duties. You can always tell which assignment she had because her female patients have the best hairdos on the unit. One time, she had a patient who lost all her hair due to cancer, and the patient joked about taking Lexi’s hair. Lexi ended up bringing the patient her own hair so the patient could make a wig. This is just one small example of how much Lexi does for her patients; even when she is in school, Lexi is dedicated to providing care to her patients on her days off. She brings so much joy to work, and she is such a pleasure to be around.
