Alex puts her whole heart into her nursing career and in her relationships with patients and their families. During shift report it was evident a patient's nausea was improving and he expressed his desire to have a McDonald's breakfast. Jokingly he gave his order to Alex, so imagine his surprise when she delivered his exact order the next morning. Touched by this act of kindness he was moved to tears and enjoyed every bite of his meal!
