My dad was burned with 2nd and 3rd degree burns to his legs. We were so fortunate that the burn unit here had just opened. We all were very nervous about everything but once we met the doctor and Alex, we were blown away by their compassion and knowledge. The doctor asked Alex "what" she would do to take care of my father in his situation. Alex was on point with what the doctor would have done. To top it off, she was so excited, not only that she was 100% correct, but she loved her job and you could tell it in her expressions. This is a top-notch unit. Every nurse was so pleasant, helpful and truly was compassionate. This hospital is a blessing. It is more like a 5-star hotel.
