From the time she came in on Monday. Alex gave a different level of care while multitasking and completing her duties with other patients. This was not a good visit for my mom, and she was very unhappy with her stay until Alex turned things around. She specifically explained why she was having some medications and not others. She was able to get the correct information on her procedure and showed genuine concern for my mother's well-being and comfort. She also made sure her bedlinen was changed which had not been since she came to the floor on Friday. She secured all needed supplies and also carried on a continuous conversation while she worked and maintained a connection with my mother which made her comfortable. She also sought out other care members to complete any task necessary in a timely manner.
