Alex was the nurse for my 19-month-old granddaughter who was being seen in the ER for a seizure. She greeted the family with such a warm and welcoming smile. She treated my granddaughter with such kindness and patience. It is not an easy task to place a catheter or IV in a 19-month-old toddler. She took her time and explained everything in detail as it was happening. She is a very consciousness nurse who really cares about her patients and their family. It was a scary situation and having her as our nurse really helped us get through it. She embodies C.A.R.E.S behaviors and the PROMISE!
