Alexandria Stephens is the undergraduate student selected to receive The DAISY Award for Nursing Students. She is an exemplary nursing student. She is "focused, driven and above all compassionate." When performing difficult or unpleasant duties, she is always pleasant. Ms. Stephens has a positive attitude and a high energy level which influences others to be more motivated.  Ms. Stephens consistently delivers a personal touch which makes all her contacts feel special. She was commended by nursing staff members every week of the clinical rotation for her outstanding care and dedication. Ms. Stephens has the ability to see the big picture, develop goals and take the initiative to make things happen. It has been amazing to watch her growth during the nursing education process. She is a true inspiration.
