A patient wrote about Alex "she truly has a Healers Touch, not only for me but also my family. She not only focused on nursing tasks but also on the little things that mattered." She went on to say that "we wanted to bring her home with us - she was that good"!
For this patient she gave hot tea to help her relax, soaked her feet in a warm basin when in the shower, taught the family skills to be sure that they felt comfortable with bringing her home.
