Alexis Boehm, BSN RN

Alexis Boehm was the nurse taking of my aunt during her hospital stay. It was on Valentine's Day when my aunt's condition was evolving, and our family was faced with many difficult and emotional conversations. Lexi provided phenomenal nursing care for my aunt while also providing the emotional support our family desperately needed. She listened, advocated, and showed tremendous compassion to us. She went above and beyond to help support everyone during an incredibly difficult day. Lexi continued to support our family even when she was not our nurse by frequently checking in and helping to ensure the right team members were involved in my aunt's care. All of her acts of thoughtful kindness meant so much to our family. As a former oncology nurse practitioner, I know how incredibly busy ICU nurses are on a daily basis, as well as how emotionally taxing their role can be. The many acts of kindness, in addition to the outstanding nursing care provided by Lexi, really made an emotional and difficult hospital stay more manageable. We hope Lexi knows how much she means to our family and how much we appreciate everything she did for us.
