Alexis was very professional and very genuine in her attention to my mom. She has dementia so she asks a lot of the same questions. And even on a good day, she is not very patient. Alexis was very informative with suggestions and made us feel at home, comfortable. I knew she would, and she did answer all my questions and addressed my concerns. She helped with keeping Mom clean, dry and comfortable. It was wonderful to have a caring professional young person to help us through the unknowns of a hospital stay.
