Alexis had gone above and beyond to ensure that my husband felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. My husband suffers from extreme hospital anxiety and can be confused and combative when family is not near his side. Alexis not only ensured he was safe but also provided excellent care and communication, enabling him to receive the much-needed care, rest, and recovery he needed. She was very empathetic and displayed caring words and gestures to our family during this difficult time. She made sure all our questions were answered and never left us wondering whether he would receive the care he needed. Her care for my husband and her responsiveness to our family were beyond exemplary.
