I've spent a lot of time over the years in hospitals because of my dad. I would have to place Alexis at the top of the list of nurses who have cared for him. I don't think we've ever experienced the level of care that he received from Alexis before. She stayed by his bedside, providing personal care, explaining what everything meant, and did so with the sweetest, most caring attitude. She patiently answered all of our questions, treated all of dad's guests like they were family, and provided an environment overall that just felt safe. She could also hold her own with my dad's 81-year-old humor. They shared a lot of laughs. Overall, Alexis was a sweet, caring nurse who helped make us feel that St. Mary's was the right choice for my dad. Thank you, Alexis!
