February 2026 Honoree
Alexis Hallman, RN
My father was recently in the AHH in Little Rock and ended up passing away on February 5th. I cannot say enough good about the nurses and aides who took care of him on his last day there. They went above and beyond their duties and treated us like family. They did everything they could to keep my dad comfortable and allowed us to have family and friends there to say their goodbyes. I know that nurses see patients die all the time, but you could tell that they were truly touched by my dad's passing. His nurses were amazing and so respectful throughout. They had their full attention on my dad to keep him comfortable and were respectful in doing their job while we were having our last moments with dad. Alexis did her job, making us feel comfortable and keeping Dad comfortable. She truly deserves something special, and I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves! Thank you to your hospital for providing the care my dad needed in his last days. We appreciate everything that was done for him and our family.
Thank you, Alexis, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
