From the moment Alexis entered the room and throughout the time she was with me, she wore a big caring smile. She helped me by calling food service for lunch and dinner because I could not read from the menu. She patiently helped me to the toilet and to sit in the room chair. Her overall attitude was so lifting and positive that it encouraged me as a patient.
