I am a 71-year-old accident victim with 4 broken ribs and a broken arm. This nurse is like an angel, God sent an angel. My church had prayed for her. She goes that extra mile. She helped me to the bathroom. She stayed right with me until I had a bowel movement. We talked about a port-a-pottie. Her care was over and beyond. She came back in the morning and brought back a port-a-pottie, how special! She also brought a comb and mouth wash too, all the things I needed. She gave me a bed bath and helped me clean up. What an important thing. She was so refreshing to a 71-year-old ex-caregiver who knows the importance of good care. But this was not just good care, it was above and beyond care. 35 years of experience allows me to appreciate just good care from GREAT care. Your hospital is lucky to have such a great nurse. She is an example of what all nurses should be. She is a standard all nurses should aspire to her. Please bless her as she has blessed me. She has gone out of her way to help and keep me comfortable.
