Alex exhibited extraordinary compassion and professionalism unmatched by any nurse I have encountered. During our stay in the ICU, he provided an unwavering dedication. He provided an exceptional level of attentiveness to both the physical needs of my dad and the emotional needs of the patient and our entire family.

During our dad's stay in the ICU, we learned our dad had stage four lung cancer with tumors in the brain and had to undergo brain surgery. Alex explained complex information in an approachable way. With great patience and clarity, he answered every question. Each time he walked into the room, he had a smile on his face, and there was a calming presence about him. Each time he left the room, he would say, "Let me know if you need anything at all," and you could tell he really meant it.
