My Mom was on this unit (3 North) over a week. Alexis was always working and helping. She was so kind and caring. She always wanted to listen and help. Always open to feedback that could improve Lee Health. She specifically helped me with my Mom on several occasions, always ready and willing when she did not need to be, going above and beyond.

A sign of a Great Leader is Great Staff and all of my Mom’s Nurses were Excellent. I cannot say enough about the Nurses. They were outstanding; I give two thumbs up to Alexis and her Nursing Team! Again, I need to emphasize how awesome ALL of my Mom’s Nurses and CNA’s have been. It is really hard to pick a favorite person because they were all different and so special in their own way. They made the hospital stay tolerable, as no hospital stay is a pleasant situation. Thank God for all of them! Alexis is a very caring, understanding patient person. Listens and solves problems, calming personality.
