Alexis Rose, RN
Alexis is a wonderful and sweet nurse. She is very professional and went above and beyond to care for me. She kept my pain in control at all times. She tended to me every time I called. There ought to be more like Alexis. I had her before on another one of my admissions and we remembered each other. She truly deserves the DAISY Award.
