Alexis was my nurse during my stay in CCU. From the moment I was admitted to the unit and met her, I knew I was in good hands! She made me feel at ease and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. A few hours after my arrival my heart rate and blood pressure dropped drastically. I believe the whole team was at my bedside in seconds. Alexis kept me calm as she and her colleagues performed their duties and quite sure saved my life.
After I was stabilized, Alexis reassured me that I was going to be okay and took the time to explain what had happened. The following days I spent in the unit she was always bright and cheerful keeping my spirits up, but definitely a professional keeping me informed and aware of my status.
