A patient called, stating he was a frequent patient at Saint Francis. He was being held in ED awaiting admission. He was feeling sad about the upcoming loss of his friend dying from brain cancer. Alexius hugged him and reassured him that it would be okay, whether his friend was here on earth or in heaven. He was so touched that a nurse would care about his feelings.
