Lexi is very knowledgeable and confident in her job. She took time to listen to M and has such a calming spirit about her.
I would like to thank my nurse and share my story of why this nurse is so special:
M was in for her 4th back surgery. The first time Lexi came in, M said, “Oh! I really like her!” The next time she came in, M said, “I really like her! She’s my favorite!” M is 16 and is interested in becoming a nurse or going to medical school, so having a good nurse is very important to her.
Lexi took time to get to know M. She is very compassionate about her patients and about her job. She took time to explain things to us and to talk through what was going on in M’s body rather than just giving her pain medications. Lexi is very knowledgeable and confident in her job. She took time to listen to M and has such a calming spirit about her. Lexi truly made a difference in M’s night, and even my night as I stayed with her (mom). Watching my daughter struggle is difficult, but knowing 100% she is well cared for makes all of the difference! Lexi was, and is, a gift that God placed in our journey. We are so blessed to have her as a nurse.
Thank you, Lexi, for being you!
