I have never met a more caring and compassionate nurse than Alfreda Banks. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her on our unit. Just a couple of days ago, we needed a nurse to give chemotherapy from 7-11pm. After working her shift, Ms. Banks stayed over to administer the chemo. She then came back in at 7PM instead of 11 PM, helping to ensure high quality, safe, patient care.

Dedicated is an understatement. The staff of 3B look up to Alfreda Banks. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind, with an angelic spirit that would brighten up anyone's day. When Alfreda is working, it feels like everything is just right!
