Alfred is very respectful, shows empathy, and demonstrates a caring attitude to his colleagues and patients. He reaches out to staff to ensure they are okay. He also brings happiness to our team as although he is our Band 7; he really is down to earth and caring. The patients and we feel he is approachable, and we trust him.

He demonstrates extraordinary clinical skills in the delivery of compassionate patient care. Alfred has worked in ITU, and he brought those skills to ensure patients are given the best care; he is happy to always review patients' wounds, advise for best practices, and always provide a wealth of information that we can draw from. He also listens and advises so that patients and staff benefit.
