Ms. Graine was aware my disabled son was scheduled for a simple procedure in endoscopy. Replacement of an exterior part on his feeding tube. However, when Ms. Graine realized it was really unnecessary for him to undergo the stress of coming to the hospital, she contacted me to advise that I could pick up the replacement part so I could change it at home. It was very thoughtful of her to realize that this was a much easier and less stressful way of resolving a problem. She went above and beyond. Since my son is severely disabled, a simple trip to the hospital becomes much more difficult for him. Avoiding having to transport him to the hospital was a huge relief. Thank you to Ms. Graine.
