Mr. Alfredo Solis (aka Freddy) was the most professional nurse I've had the experience of being treated by. He went above and beyond. He explained each process along the way as he performed his duties. I felt not only cared about me but like I was his only patient, not just another room number. He has a significant way of expressing compassion and understanding. He was patient in answering all of my questions. He did not rush me and was easy to relate to. He showed extreme respect for my privacy and made me feel comfortable while I was in the most pain. He was also incredibly calming when I cried. He did not add to the feeling of anxiousness, but instead brought me a warm blanket. At every interaction he performed with the utmost professionalism. He was genuinely concerned about me understanding of the process of each injection and explained and answered all of my questions in terms that I could understand easily. He is highly skilled. He also answered my husband's questions and concerns. Freddy is the epitome of excellence and he proves to go far-reaching in satisfactory care. I'd say he had a healing touch. I'm certain he will go far in his career. Methodist Hospital is fortunate to have such terrific nurse on their team. He is able to express clinical terms in a way I could understand.
