Alham demonstrates excellence and extraordinary clinical expertise as well as compassionate nursing care. Many times, Alham has been faced with stressful situations and she has excelled each time with grace and professionalism. Alham, who has been a nurse for over 10 years, is very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond her work description and goes out of her way to be helpful in any way possible. She is so good at her job that physicians ask her for advice about patients constantly. She is a great friend and excellent co-worker and our staff love to work beside her each day. The command and confidence that Alham exudes are unbelievable. As a newer nurse myself, I hope that I can learn and grow into a smart, compassionate nurse and person that she is.
