My mother had surgery and received the most incredible care. Just wanted to say the evening nurse Ali is amazing. He needs an award! Here are a few comments between us. Not all are appropriate for the DAISY card lol. Mom appreciated his interpersonal skills. He was very kind and compassionate and connected on a personal level. He told her about his home country of Saudi Arabia which she loved discussing. He joked with her about how to remember him. (Mohammad Ali) Explained what he was doing when he came into the room. Overall the best nursing experience she has ever had. She even wants my daughter, who is a physician, to hire him as her nurse! Great guy, very caring, and a great listener.
