Our mother had to be med‐flighted to Saint Thomas for a brain tumor. First, let me say what a wonderful place this is. To make it even more bearable is your wonderful staff. Going above and beyond is Ali. She was so caring, sweet smile, and just the most pleasant voice. It just made our days easier to get through. She was so sincere in each thing she did for Mama. Please let Ali know we feel she is part of our family and love her so much. Quick response to our bed calls ‐ so professional with a touch of love in each action. Thank you, Ali. We won't forget you.
