Ali is the type of nurse that we all aspire to be. She is endlessly helpful to her co-workers, smart, detail-oriented and loved by her patients. Her kind personality shows through in her diligence and patient advocacy, and care for her co-workers.
Ali not only gives patients high-quality care but also dedicates her time and energy to making 8NE a better place to work. She is actively involved in the unit's UPC and has jumped in on projects to educate the staff on best practices for cell infusion.
As a preceptor, she receives accolades from new nurses she has mentored through the training process. Ali has great relationships with everyone on our floor. She is a resource for help, a shoulder to lean on during a difficult shift, and makes us smile on the most difficult of days.
