My son was a patient in your burn unit for ten days, from March 10 to March 20, and throughout his stay, he received outstanding care from the entire team. However, Ali Lent truly stood out.

From the moment she began caring for my son, Ali put him completely at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of his care, ensuring he understood each procedure and medication. This was especially helpful considering how frightening and overwhelming the situation was for him. Following his skin grafts, the bandage changes were particularly difficult and painful for my son.

It was during this time that Ali's advocacy truly shone. She went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and help ease some of the pain associated with these procedures. Her compassion and dedication made a significant difference in his recovery and overall experience. Ali Lent is an amazing nurse and a genuinely friendly person. It is clear that she loves what she does and has a deep commitment to her patients.

As his mother, I felt blessed that my son had her as his nurse for six out of the ten days he was there. Her presence brought comfort and reassurance to both him and me.
