Ali Myers, RN, MSN, NE-BC

Ali demonstrates our values of excellence, quality, innovation, and team work. She is an accomplished nurse leader who is willing to take on challenges in crisis beyond her hospital. Ali strengthens our System approach to nurse education and works at many levels of the organization to achieve that. Recently, we had a gap in System Nurse Leadership due to retirement. It happened that this gap coincided with an urgent situation in which many nurses needed to receive orientation and deploy to the bedside to meet care needs. While Ali was familiar with the process, she had never led it before. Ali jumped in, partnered, and led the clinical arm of the System-wide initiative so seamlessly, you would never know she hadn't done it before! All this with a smile on her face! This resulted in many long days and added to her already full plate. Thank you, Ali, for ensuring our nurses are trained and ready to deliver care to our communities.
