Ali has a very calming way about himself, soft spoken, which makes me feel very at peace. When I needed him, he was there at all times. Got his work done and was there being a calming factor. If he was doing his work and I needed him, then he would switch to my need and put his aside for the moment. Made me feel very important. I also appreciate how painless he is removing some of the attachments that is hooked into the skin.
