Ali Smith went above and beyond in caring for our mother. She spoke to mom in a soft, caring voice that brought immediate and obvious comfort. She recognized an abnormal swelling in mom's neck, ordered an x-ray and identified a hole in mom's lung. Although she had other patients, it appeared that our mom was her only patient. She devoted that much time to caring for mom. Ali consistently relayed our concerns to the doctors, comforted mom and showed genuine concern for our family.
