I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care provided by Nurse Alia during her kind and compassionate handling of my children. The nurse went to extra efforts to alleviate my concerns during the examination and reduce my children's anxieties. It was easy to access the nurse to have any of my questions answered, and she always provided me with the resources I needed. I wish to commend the empathetic care the nurse provided to our children and in calming them. The nurse explained the clinical plan and gave us clear expectations about our child's condition. The nurse also provided us with refreshments and coffee and was supportive of us throughout our child's hospital stay until discharge. We were very pleased with the exceptional care we received from the nurse.
